Try a Slingsby Dirty Martini:
You will need:
- 2 ½ oz Slingsby Gin
- Splash of Dry Vermouth
- The Best Slingsby Gin Olives (and a dash of the brine)
Stir the gin and dry vermouth with ice, add a little brine to ‘dirty’ then strain over fresh ice. Garnish with your olives and serve - enjoy a Slingsby infused gin olive as you drink, or save them all until the end.
