"I shopped yesterday in your Bedford store and needed to ask a question of the butcher about types of roasting joints. I spoke to Sarah who was helpful and more importantly, knowledgeable about the cuts of beef I required. She went out of her way to explain the different options to me and was friendly and contructive in her help. The result was that I bought the joint I needed with confidence. It makes such a difference to speak to somebody so helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!"
