Ingredients - 227g Morrisons The Best Ribeye Steak
- Morrisons The Best Hollandaise Sauce
- 200g Morrisons The Best Garlic and Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms
- Morrisons The Best Triple Cooked Chunky Chips
- 420g Morrisons The Best Large Vine Tomatoes
- Handful Morrisons Fresh Tarragon, chopped
Instructions - Preheat the oven to 220oc gas 7.
- Place your The Best Triple Cooked Chunky Chips in a single layer on a baking tray, drizzle with oil, and cook for 30 minutes.
- Once the chips have been cooking for 15 minutes, place The Best Garlic and Cream Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms on a baking tray and cook for the remaining 15 minutes, until golden.
- Empty your jar of hollandaise into a glass pyrex bowl, add a knob of butter and chop the tarragon through, whisk over a pan of simmering water until heated through and then turn off the heat.
- Halve your tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and set to one side.
- Cook your Ribeye Steak to your liking. For rare, cook for 2 minutes on each side. For medium, cook for 3 minutes on each side. For well done, cook for 5 minutes on each side.
- Add the tomatoes to the pan with your steak, face down, for a few minutes.
- Serve up and enjoy.
