200g Peanut Butter
175g Caster Sugar
¼ tsp Salt
Gather your ingredients.
In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, salt and sugar. Beat the egg and then add it to the peanut butter mix.
Line 2 trays with baking paper and divide the mix evenly into 18 small balls. Roll them in your hands then put them on the tray leaving gaps between them, then press them down well.
Bake your cookies at 160 degrees for 12 minutes.
