Refreshing Gin Cocktails

Citrus Gin and Tonic

A smooth-yet-zesty gin cocktail infused with fresh orange, lemon and honey... perfect summer sipping.

Serves 1

Ingredients

• 50ml gin
• 2 tsp honey
• 20ml lemon juice
• 20ml orange juice
• 1 handful ice

Instructions

1. Add gin and honey to a shaker and stir until the honey dissolves
2. Add the lemon and orange juice and top up with ice. Shake well.
3. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with an orange zest twist.

Aromatic Gin and Tonic

A delicious variation on the traditional G&T, this fragrant pomegranate gin cocktail should feature on every summer menu.

Serves 2

Ingredients

• 50ml gin
• 1 Fever Tree aromatic tonic water
• 1 pomegranate seeds
• 1 lime
• 2 sprigs mint leaves
• 1 handful ice

Instructions

1. Fill glasses with crushed ice.
2. Put 1tbsp of pomegranate seeds, a wheel of lime and a few mint leaves into each glass.
3. Pour 25ml of your favourite gin into each glass.
4. Top the drink up with the tonic water.
5. Serve and enjoy.

The Rouge Gin n Juice

Jazz up your gin n juice. Tanqueray Rangpur Gin with cranberry juice on the rocks…a zesty blend of tangy citrus flavours with crisp cranberry. This is one quick and easy gin cocktail you don't want to miss out on.

Serves 1

Ingredients

• 25ml Tanqueray Rangpur Gin
• 100ml cranberry juice
• 1 wedge lime
• 1 handful ice

Instructions

1. Add cranberry juice to Rangpur gin and stir.
2. Serve over ice.
3. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Summer Prosecco Gin Fizz

Prosecco gets a summer makeover! Elderflower adds a floral note combined with citric tones to create an unforgettably refreshing gin cocktail.

Serves 1

Ingredients

• 1 small handful ice
• ½ lemon , juiced
• ½ lime, juiced (set aside lime peel for decoration)
• 30ml gin
• 2 tbsp elderflower cordial
• 80ml Prosecco
• 1 handful frozen berries, (optional garnish)

Instructions

1. Add a couple of ice cubes to a prosecco glass.
2. Add lemon and lime juice, gin and a splash of elderflower cordial.
3. Top with prosecco, add a small handful of frozen berries, a swirl of lime peel to the rim and enjoy! The perfect cocktail for a warm summers evening!

Gin Fizz

A refreshing citrus concoction to keep you cool in those summer months. Top with soda and garnish with a lemon wedge.

Serves 1

Ingredients

• 50ml Gordon's Gin
• 25ml lemon juice
• 15ml sugar syrup
• 1 handful ice

Instructions

1. In a cocktail shaker, pour Gordon's Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup.
2. Add ice and shake vigorously.
3. Strain into a highball glass full with cubed ice.
4. Top with soda and garnish with a lemon wedge.

Tanqueray 10 Martini

An unparalleled Martini. Tanqueray No. Ten Gin chilled to icy perfection with a splash of olive brine. Served straight up with a hint of dry vermouth... pure perfection.

Ingredients

• 25ml Tanqueray No. Ten Gin
• 10ml dry vermouth
• 15ml olive brine

 

Instructions

1. In a shaker with ice, add olive brine and Tanqueray.
2. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
3. Spritz with hint of dry vermouth.
4. Garnish with an olive.

Tom Collins

A classic, served long and packed with citrus flavours, a perfect serve for Tanqueray Gin.

Serves 1

Ingredients

• 45ml Tanqueray Gin
• 15ml sugar syrup
• 30ml lemon juice
• 1 soda
• 1 handful ice

Instructions

1. Into a highball glass, add the lemon juice, sugar syrup and Tanqueray Gin.
2. Fill it up three-quarters of the way with ice.
3. Top up with soda and churn well. Garnish with a lemon slice.
