Our Morrisons LGBT+ Network

Pride Month is an important time for celebration and focusing our minds on supporting LGBT+ colleagues and customers, and the challenges they face. But this is something we're passionate about all year round. Our LGBT+ Network at Morrisons helps us to:

Spend dedicated time listening to LGBT+ colleagues to understand the challenges they face, and what they want to see from us.
Review our policies and ways of working to make sure they work hard for our LGBT+ colleagues.
Share meaningful stories with colleagues and customers at key times throughout the year like LGBT History Month, Trans Day of Visibility and IDAHOBIT
Develop a plan to create even more allies

All this and more helps us to celebrate Pride all year round.

In the UK today, 1 in 4 homeless youth identify as LGBTQ. Kicked out of home for being who they are and then excluded from mainstream services, they are struggling to find a safe home to be.

Morrisons is working in partnership with akt, an LGBTQ+ youth homelessness charity, and will be donating all profits from sales of our Pride Range this year.

How We're Helping

We're proud to be donating over £10,000 to local LGBT+ charities, community groups and events through our Community Champions.

Birmingham Pride 2024
