The T&Cs

1. This promotion is open to all residents in the UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Morrisons, their agents or anyone who is professionally associated with this promotion. 

2. Entry to the competition is possible through the below channels 

Purchase: Order any Eat Fresh Recipe Box for delivery before Monday 24th May.
Facebook: Simply comment below telling us which is your favourite Eat Fresh recipe and tag who you would want to share it with.

3. The winners will be selected at random from the list of correct entrants from both entry methods. 

4. The promoter will not be liable for applications not received, incomplete, delayed, damaged or not included in the judging panel for any technical reasons. No bulk or third party entries accepted. 

5. Prize for the competition is:

6. The promotion is open between 00:01am 08/05/2021 until 23:59pm 24/05/2021

7. The winner will be selected at random and will be notified via Facebook, telephone or email by customer services. In order to receive the prize, by entering the competition the winners give consent for their name and address to be provided to the supplier.

8. The prize may be sent by third party suppliers directly. By partaking in the competition you accept your details being passed to the third party supplier who will be disclosed to you at the point of contact.

9. The prize is as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond their control. 

10. The winner will be notified within 7 working days of the closing date via email or telephone by customer services. In the event of the claim for a prize not being received by the promoter within 14 working days of such notification, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 

11. Prizes sent via post will be sent recorded delivery. Delivery dates may vary. Larger items may have to be collected from your nearest Morrisons store. 

12. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and the winners consent to participate in any reasonable publicity required for and on behalf of the promoter.

13. All copyright is automatically transferred to the promoter upon entry to this competition.
