How to register for your online discount

Step 1 - Log in to Morrisons.com

Open Morrisons.com and log in or register your shopping account. You can use any email address to do this - it can be your personal email or work email.

Step 2 - mymorrisons.com

In a seperate tab or window please open www.mymorrisons.com (or click this link). Once you are on the page, please click ‘Get Started’ which can be found under the Online Discount section.

Step 3 - Find Customer Number

Click this link or the link in the form to retrieve your customer number. Please make a note of this as you will need it later.

Step 4 - Tick to Continue

Read all of the information and if happy, tick the check boxes and press continue. Please note that you will only be able to press continue once all three boxes have been ticked.

Step 5 - Details

Fill in your details on the activate page. Your email address must be the same as the email address used to create your shopping account.

Step 6 - Password

Enter a memorable password and click activate. You should receive an email into your inbox - please check your spam or junk folder (sometimes emails from unrecognised addresses can end up there).

Step 7 - Registration

Once you receive an email confirming your account has been set up, click the link and you will be directed to the log in page. Log into the platform using the details provided in Step 5 & 6.

Step 8 - Link Account

Type in your customer number (found through Step 4) and press ‘Click to Save’. Your discount should now work within 7 days.

Please note: Morrisons colleague discount is not deducted at the point of checkout but is applied following your delivery.

Friend and Family Registration

Step 1 - Registration

Ensure your friend or family member has a shopping account set up on www.morrisons.com. Forward them your activation email, which will ask them to click on a link to get their Customer number. Please make a note of this number as you will need it later.

Step 2 - Log In

In a seperate tab or window please open www.mymorrisons.com. Once you are on the page, please click ‘sign in returning user’ which can be found under the Online Discount section (or click this link). 

You will then need to log in to this using your own details.

Step 3 - Enter Details

Type in your friend or family member’s Customer number (detailed in step 1) into the ‘Family / Friend Number’ field and press ‘Click to Save’.

Their discount should now work within 7 days.
