How it works

Book a collection slot

Click on 'Book a delivery' and then select 'Click & Collect' from the options. Simply enter your postcode or location and click search to find a store near you.

We offer Click & Collect at over 440 locations, 7 days a week. You can place an order up to 11:55pm the night before, for a collection the following day.

Same Day Click & Collect

We offer same day pick up slots at all of our Click & Collect locations. Simply book a collection slot by 12pm, for collection after 4pm the very same day. Available same day slots for that day will be shown on the website.

Express Click & Collect

We have now launched an Express 1 hour Click & Collect service at selected stores. Simply add your shopping to basket and you’ll see a collection slot for one hour ahead. These slots are available from 10am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm on a Sunday. Check the list below to find out which stores offer this service.
  
Complete your order online

Once you've booked a slot, add your shopping to the trolley and then head to the checkout to complete your order. If you forget something, don't worry, you can amend your order up until midnight the night before your collection date (or 12pm for same day Click & Collect) - just remember to checkout again to save your changes.

Collect your order

Look out for an email and text message (if you've told us your mobile number) to let you know when your order is ready to collect. The email will also detail instructions for what to do when you arrive - simply follow these steps to collect your shopping.
