  1. The Morrisons More Loyalty Scheme

    1. Please read these terms and conditions along with our privacy policy, which can be found at your.morrisons.com/privacy-policy. They apply to the Morrisons More card and all More Points promotions, More Vouchers and any other elements of the loyalty scheme. Any participation by you in the scheme means you accept these terms and conditions.
    2. We may add other terms and conditions for optional elements of the scheme, like More Points on products, competitions, club membership. And the same applies, your participation in the optional elements of the scheme means you accept these terms and conditions.
    3. The Morrisons More account, card, key fobs, coupons, More Vouchers and More Points, in whatever form, remain the property of Morrisons. These terms and conditions refer to cards, but key fobs are treated in the same way, unless these terms and conditions say otherwise.
    4. We may end or amend the scheme at any time. We may need to change these terms and conditions from time to time, for example to introduce new or temporary features, or to keep them accurate and up to date. We will endeavour to give you reasonable notice in advance of any changes. The latest version will always be found on our website. If you continue to use your card after we have made changes to these terms and conditions, we will treat this as your acceptance of the changes.
    5. All Morrisons stores and petrol filling stations, accept cards except our Gibraltar Westside store and any independent store operated as Morrisons by licence (such as M Daily stores).
    6. To use the card, you must be a UK resident, aged 16 years or over. You are only entitled to one registered card account.
    7. To get the full benefits of your Morrisons More card, it’s important you register your details with us and keep Morrisons informed of any changes. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of More Points or More Vouchers incurred as a result of out-of-date details. You can use a temporary card to earn in our stores and petrol filling stations (but not Pay at the Pump or online), but you will not receive any vouchers until you register. Please note, if you do not register your temporary card and it remains inactive for a minimum of eight weeks, we reserve the right to cancel the temporary card and you will lose all the Points earned on it.
    8. You will need a valid and unique email address to register with us and manage your card account online. If you happen to share an email address with someone else, only one of you will be able to have a card account which you manage online.
    9. If you express a preference on how we communicate with you, we will always try to contact you in this way, but we may change how we communicate with you without prior notification, usually when there are problems with the registered postal or email address, or mobile number you’ve supplied.
    10. As the account member, cards, key fobs, coupons and More Vouchers remain your responsibility, as well as the security details on the account. We cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from you failing to ensure the safekeeping of those items.
    11. Cards can also only be used for personal and consumer use. They cannot be used for any business transaction or purpose.
    12. Cards can only be used for purchases with Morrisons and our promotional partners (where applicable). Our Promotional Partners change from time to time; an up-to-date list can found on our website.
    13. We're not responsible for the delivery, standard, quality or otherwise of any goods and services received or supplied, or the failure of any promotional partner to honour an offer or points. The purchase of goods and services from promotional partners is in accordance with the promotional partners terms and conditions.
    14. Your card, More Points, More Vouchers, coupons and card account are personal to you, are not transferable and cannot be shared, sold, exchanged, bought, or traded in any way.
    15. You can choose to leave the scheme at any time and still use all More Vouchers and coupons already issued. We will keep a record of your original account and accumulated points for a year, just in case you wish to rejoin but after that, you will lose all those points you’ve earned.
    16. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your card or your card account if you haven’t used it for a year, but we will attempt to notify you before we do so.
    17. We may end, cancel or suspend your account, card, coupons, More Vouchers and More Points and/or remove you as a member from the scheme at any time where there is reasonable belief of: abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme; any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions and/or those relating to optional elements of the scheme; any behaviour relating to the scheme or Morrisons supermarkets that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information.
  2. More Points

    1. To earn More Points, you must spend above a certain amount on qualifying products in a single transaction. The amount of More Points earned may change and will vary depending on the products you buy, the amount spent and where the transaction takes place. Full details of how More Points are earned can be found on our website
    2. Where More Points can be earned with promotional partners, further terms and conditions may apply. Please note, promotional partners may take different periods to notify us of More Points to be credited, and we’re not responsible for a failure, delay or error by a partner notifying us of More Points to be credited.
    3. Some products are subject to age restrictions. We only sell age-restricted products if you meet the minimum age requirement. If we believe you look under 25 years old, we will ask you for valid proof of age.
    4. You will not receive More Points on the following products or services: single-use carrier bags, cash back, fireworks, lottery, online games and instant tickets, tobacco, tobacco-related products, prescription medicines and pharmacy services, infant milk or formula, gift vouchers, gift cards, mobile phone cards, mobile phone vouchers, E top-ups, bonus stamps, postage stamps, saver stamps, photo processing, car park tickets, Dry Cleaning, online delivery charges and vending machines. We may exclude other products from earning More Points at any time at our discretion.
    5. The maximum More Points you can earn is capped at 100,000 More Points in a calendar month. Any More Points you earn that exceed this cap may appear on your receipt at the time of purchase, but will not be allocated to your card account. We do however reserve the right to waive this restriction at any time on a case-by-case basis.
    6. It may take up to 72 hours for More Points you have earned to be added to your card.
    7. More Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
    8. If you do not have your card with you during an eligible transaction, you may claim More Points by presenting your receipt at any in-store Customer Service desk within 30 days. You may not add More Points from more than 15 receipts in any 30-day period. More Points on product offers are excluded.
    9. You have 28 days following an eligible transaction in which to query the number of More Points that you have earned.
    10. We reserve the right to amend your balance if you exchange or return any product, cancel or not complete on an offer to Morrisons or any promotional partner.
    11. We may correct any incorrect balances without notice to you, for example if More Points have been incorrectly added to your card account or deducted in error.
    12. If we substitute a product in an online order you make, all More Points will be calculated on the basis of that substitute, if you accept it.
  3. More Vouchers

    1. Once registered, each time you save up 5,000 More Points you will be automatically allocated a £5 More voucher and we will deduct 5,000 More Points from your card. It may take a further 24 hours for your More voucher to be allocated to your account. Full details of how More Vouchers are issued can be found on our website.
    2. You can only use a More voucher once. No change will be given.
    3. More Vouchers are valid for 56 weeks from the date you earn 5,000 More Points.
    4. More Vouchers remain our property at all times and have no cash value. More Vouchers are not for resale, publication and are valid in the UK only. Any defaced or photocopied More Vouchers or similar will not be accepted.
    5. More Vouchers can be used in store or you can choose to use them online. We may introduce new ways to use your More Vouchers and you can find the latest ways to redeem your More voucher on our website.
    6. More Vouchers cannot be used to pay for fuel, single-use carrier bags, cash back, fireworks, lottery, online games and instant tickets, tobacco, tobacco-related products, prescription medicines and pharmacy services, infant milk or formula, gift vouchers, gift cards, mobile phone cards, mobile phone vouchers, E top-ups, bonus stamps, postage stamps, saver stamps, photo processing, car park tickets, Dry Cleaning, online delivery charges and vending machines.
    7. Any special conditions published by us, or on the More voucher itself, that relate to special More Points or More voucher offers will modify these terms and conditions.
  4. General

    1. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms and conditions at any time without your consent (for example, if we sell our business).
    2. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any related dispute will be resolved in the Courts of England and Wales. In some circumstances the laws where you are resident may apply and the Courts where you are resident may have jurisdiction.

  5. Morrisons More Clubs

  1. Christmas Savers General
    1. You must be a registered Morrisons More card holder to participate in the digital Morrisons Christmas Savers scheme ("Christmas Savers").
    2. These terms and conditions apply in addition to the Morrisons More scheme terms (available at https://my.morrisons.com/more/terms-and-conditions.html). Morrisons reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
    3. Christmas Savers allows you to purchase digital 'stamps' available in denominations of £1.00. The cut-off point for the purchase of digital stamps counting towards the 2018 Christmas Savers is 31st October 2018. Any digital stamps purchased after this date will count towards the 2019 Christmas Savers scheme.
    4. The value of the digital stamps which have been collected by 31st October 2018 will be converted into a voucher for use in Morrisons' stores, or through Morrisons' grocery website.
    5. If by 31st October 2018 you have purchased stamps to the value of £49.00, Morrisons will provide a bonus stamp to the value of £1.00.
    6. If by 31st October 2018 you have purchased stamps to the value of £97.00 (excluding the £1.00 bonus at £49.00), Morrisons will provide bonus stamps to the value of £3.00.
    7. The offer of bonus stamps is not cumulative (i.e. if you purchase stamps to the value of £97.00, Morrisons will provide a total bonus of £3.00, which will include the £1.00 which would otherwise be paid when you purchase stamps to the value of £49.00).
    8. Morrisons will give maximum bonus of £6.
    9. Christmas Savers is designed as a scheme to help you save towards Christmas and accordingly Christmas Savers vouchers must be redeemed during the period from 5th November 2018 to 31st December 2018. Any Christmas Savers vouchers not redeemed by 31st December 2018 will expire and will no longer be valid.
    10. Christmas Savers vouchers must be used in a transaction that is equal to or more than the value of the voucher (not including excluded items as set out in clause 3 below). No change will be given for Christmas Savers vouchers. For example a voucher for £25 must be used in a transaction of £25 or more.
    11. Christmas Savers balances are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme or the Financial Ombudsman Service.
  2. Issuing Christmas Saver Vouchers and Opting out
    1. If you no longer wish to participate in Christmas Savers you can choose to opt out of the Christmas Savers scheme at any time of the year before 31st October 2018.
    2. Instructions setting out how to opt out are available on our website.
    3. If you opt out of Christmas Savers before 31st October 2018, your bought digital stamps will be transferred into More Points in your More card account and you will receive your £5 Morrisons vouchers as per your pre-selected preferences under the More card scheme.
    4. If you have your account preferences set to receive vouchers at till in-store, it is up to you to both collect and redeem the vouchers by 31st December 2018. If you do not collect and redeem your vouchers by 31st December 2018, your Christmas Savers vouchers will expire.
    5. If you have not met the Christmas Savers bonus threshold (for example saved £48) before 31st October 2018, you will still receive your Christmas Savers vouchers to the value of the points you have saved up to 31st October 2018 as per your preferences. You will not receive any bonus from Morrisons.
  3. Exclusions
    1. Christmas Savers vouchers may not be used to pay for fuel, single-use carrier bags, cash back, fireworks, lottery, online games and instant tickets, tobacco, tobacco-related products, prescription medicines and pharmacy services, infant milk or formula, gift vouchers, gift cards, mobile phone cards, mobile phone vouchers, E top-ups, bonus stamps, postage stamps, saver stamps, photo processing, car park tickets, online delivery charges, dry cleaning or other instore services or concessions, and vending machines
    2. Vouchers may not be used in Gibraltar, Morrisons Daily stores, or petrol stations.
    3. No responsibility can be taken by Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC for expired, lost or damaged Christmas Savers vouchers. Vouchers which are expired, damaged or lost will not be re-issued.
    4. No change can be given in respect of the cards and the balance on the cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
  4. Promotions
    1. Marketing Preferences for Christmas Savers, Baby & More and More for Students are managed through your More account. If you do not want to receive any marketing messages from Morrisons you can update your marketing preferences on your More account.
    2. At certain times of the year Morrisons will run Christmas Savers, Baby & More and More for Students promotions to customers opted into More email Marketing. Morrisons can end any Christmas Savers, Baby & More and More for Students promotion at any time.
    3. You must be a registered Morrisons More card holder and a University student with a valid '.ac.uk' student email address to join More for Students. Morrisons reserves the right to re-validate a customers More for Students account whenever necessary.
  5. Triple Points
    1. The Triple Points promotion is only available to customers that sign up to Baby & More between Monday 15th January and Sunday 4th February 2018 and purchase applicable products from the baby category.
    2. All customers that sign up between Monday 15th January and Sunday 4th February 2018 and make an eligible purchase before 19th February 2018 will earn Triple More Points.
    3. An eligible purchase must be made before 19th February 2018 to qualify for Triple Points offer.
    4. Triple More Points will only be awarded on the first eligible purchase and in one transaction only.
    5. Triple More Points will only be applied to items purchased from the Baby Category.
    6. For online shopping, Triple More Points on Baby products will only be awarded for deliveries from Monday 15th January to Sunday 19th February 2018.
    7. Transactions in-store, or online deliveries received after 19th February 2018 will not qualify for the Triple Points promotion.
    8. £40 minimum spend applies for online deliveries only, delivery charges apply.
    9. Required spend excludes: fuel, single-use carrier bags, cash back, fireworks, lottery, online games and instant tickets, tobacco, tobacco-related products, prescription medicines and pharmacy services, infant milk and formula, gift cards, E top-ups, bonus stamps, postage stamps, Christmas saver stamps, digital Christmas saver stamps, photo processing, car park tickets, dry cleaning and vending machines.
    10. Can be used in conjunction with any other offers.
    11. Valid on a single shop only up to a maximum value of 10,000 Morrisons More Points.
    12. The Morrisons More card must be presented at the time of the in-store purchase, or linked to your online account to qualify for Triple Points offer.
    13. Points will be added to your account within 72 hours of your shop or delivery.
    14. Excludes Morrisons Daily.
