How do I get a Morrisons More card?

There are a two different ways you can register for a Morrisons More card - either by paper or online. Pick whichever is most convenient for you.

By paper: You can grab a registration form in any of our stores at the customer service desk. Just fill out the required information and follow the instructions to mail it to us using the freepost option.

Online: Registering online can be done from the comfort of your own home, and also lets you get your Morrisons More card faster. Head over to the Morrisons More registration page and follow the instructions.

If you already have a temporary card you can register it online using the card number and activation code that can be found on the back. You'll receive your permanent card within 2 weeks.

How do I earn More Points?

You can earn points in plenty of different ways:

  • Earn Morrisons More Points on fuel - 5 points per litre when you buy fuel at Morrisons
  • Earn 5 Morrisons More Points for every £1 you spend at Morrisons Café

More Points mean More savings - once you've earned 5,000 More Points, we'll give you a £5 More Voucher to save, or spend in store or online. The more points you earn, the more £5 More Vouchers you'll receive.

Can I save my £5 More Vouchers?

Once you've earned 5,000 More Points, you'll receive a £5 More Voucher at the till on your next shop. You can save your vouchers and redeem as many as you like on a future shopping trip.

Alternatively, you can change your voucher preferences so that your vouchers won't automatically print and you can request them whenever you like. It's really simple to make the switch - just call our customer service team on 0345 611 6111, or if you have an online Morrisons More account, select 'change voucher preferences' from your account page and pick one of three options:

  1. I want to use my vouchers in store as I earn them. (This is the default setting)
  2. I want to use my vouchers in store, but save them until I request them.
  3. I want to use my vouchers online. (Please note that you can't use online vouchers in store, or visa versa).

Can I have more than 1 card for the same account?

While you can't link several cards together, you'll receive a card and 2 Key fobs with your Morrisons More welcome pack. Key fobs work in the same way as your main card, and you can collect vouchers with them too, so feel free to give them to other members of your family.

I already have a Morrisons.com account - do I need to create a Morrisons More account?

You can log into the Morrisons More site using your Morrisons.com details, where you'll be asked to go through the Morrisons More registration process. This automatically links your Morrisons More card to your Morrisons.com account, so you can start earning More Points online straight away!

What do I do if I forget my Morrisons More password?

Not to worry - we all forget things sometimes. Just follow the steps below and you'll be back up and running in no time:

  1. Click on 'forgotten password' link on the Morrisons More account page. It's just under where you put in your username and password.
  2. Enter the email address you used when you registered your card.
  3. Click the 'reset password' link.
  4. You'll receive an email a few moments later. Simply follow the instructions provided and select a new password. Easy!

What happens if my Extra More Points from a coupon I redeemed don't show up on my receipt?

It can sometimes take up to 72 hours for your Extra More Points to show up on your Morrisons More account, and they won't show on your receipt. Don't worry if you can't see them straight away - as long as you handed over your Morrisons More card when you paid for your shop, they'll have been added.

What will I get when I join Morrisons More?

We'll mail you a welcome pack after you register, containing a personalised plastic Morrisons More card, plus two Morrisons More Key fobs. It can take up to 2 weeks for your welcome pack to arrive, but if you've registered a temporary card you can use this to earn More Points in store in the meantime.

How long will it take for my Morrisons More card to arrive?

Do I need a temporary card to register?

Not at all - you can register for Morrisons More with or without a temporary card.

How will I get my £5 More Voucher?

If you reach 5,000 More Points during your shop, your £5 More Voucher will print out the next time you make a purchase in store or at one of our petrol stations.

If you'd rather save up your vouchers or spend them online you can change your voucher preferences by logging onto your account page. See the 'Voucher Preferences' section for more information.

How do I amend my account details?

If you move house, change phone number or change name, you can quickly and easily update your details on the Morrisons More account page. After all, we can't send you coupons or replacement cards if we don't know where to find you!

If you don't have an online Morrisons More account, give our customer service team a call on 0345 611 6111 and they'll update everything for you.

Can I get a replacement card if mine is lost or stolen?

Of course - just login to your Morrisons More account and select 'Replace / Cancel card' from the main page, then click 'Block & Report as Lost / Stolen'. You can then click 'Add / Request card' to have a replacement sent to your home. Doing this means the lost or stolen card becomes invalid and can't be used, and all your More Points will be transferred to your new card, safe and sound.

If you don't have a Morrisons More online account, give our customer service team a call on 0345 611 6111 and they'll be able to arrange a the cancellation and replacement of your card and transfer of your More Point.

Can I get a replacement card if mine is damaged?

Of course. Just login to your Morrisons More account and select 'Replace / Cancel card' from the main page, then click 'Request Replacement' to have a replacement sent to your home - you'll be able to verify your address before you confirm.

If you don't have a Morrisons More online account, give our customer service team a call on 0345 611 6111 and they'll be able to arrange a replacement card to be sent to you.

Is there any difference between my two key fobs?

Nope - they both do the same job as your main card. You can pop one on your keyring and maybe give the other to someone else in your household. That way, you can earn More Points when you're not on shopping duty!

Personal Details

Why are you asking for my dietary requirements and household information?

Don't worry, it's nothing sinister. We tailor our Morrisons More offers to be as relevant as possible. For example, there's not much point in offering you More Points on bacon if you're a vegetarian! By telling us a little about yourself, you can get the offers most useful to you and your household.

Of course if you'd rather not share this information, that's absolutely fine. It's not necessary for registration and you can continue as normal by leaving the registration options for dietary requirements blank.

Why do you need my personal details?

If we don't know who you are or where you live, we won't be able to send you your card, Key fobs and personalised vouchers. Don't worry, your data is completely secure with us and we won't share it with any third parties.

Technical Stuff

I'm having trouble registering - can you help?

Of course - give our customer service team a call on 0345 611 6111 and they'll talk you through the registration process.

Why do I get the message 'already registered' when I try to register?

It's most likely because you already have a Morrisons.com account registered to your email address, either for shopping online or a previous Morrisons More registration. Try logging in with your email and password instead - if that doesn't work, you can try to reset your password from the login screen and carry on from there.

Can I register without using my email address?

Unfortunately you'll need to have a valid email address in order to register online. If you don't have an email address, or you'd rather not use one, you can grab one of our paper registration forms from one of our stores or you can give our customer service team a call on 0345 611 6111 and they'll get you sorted.

Why haven't I received a registration confirmation email?

If you didn't register online, we won't sent you an automated email validating your registration, this is just for when you set up an online account. If you registered online and this is your first time getting an email off us, take a look in your junk mail folder - it could be hiding in there. If it's not there, and you still haven't received it within 3 days of registering, give our customer service team a call on 0345 611 6111.

Points are not received in any of the following concessions: Morrisons dry cleaning, fireworks and photo processing.

If I forget my card, can I get my More Points later?

Of course - just hold on to your receipts that have any unallocated More Points on them and take them to the customer service desk along with your Morrisons More card next time you're in store.

You have up to 30 days to redeem any unallocated More Points - you can redeem points from up to 15 receipts every 30 days. Excludes More Points on products.

Can I refund products I earned More Points on?

We reserve the right to remove More Points at any time if products are returned or exchanged.

What's the value of each point on my Morrisons More card?

More Points don't have any monetary value, so you can't exchange them for cash. Instead, you exchange 5,000 More Points for a £5 More Voucher that you can use in store.

Is there a More Points limit on my card?

Yes - but it's pretty big! The total amount of More Points you can earn is capped to 100,000 More Points in a calendar month, just to make sure all our customers are treated fairly. More Points earned that exceed this cap may show up on a receipt at the time of purchase but will not be allocated to your account. However we reserve the right to waive this restriction at any time on a case by case basis.

Will my More Points ever expire?

Yes, but only if your account is completely inactive for more than a year - your card will be cancelled and your More Points will be removed.

How do I earn More Points?

You earn Morrisons More Points on the amount you spend. You earn 5 Morrisons More Points per £1 qualifying spend at Morrisons stores, cafés, petrol filling stations (but not fuel), garden centres, flower shop, pharmacies and at Morrisons.com. Do I receive Morrisons More Points on everything I buy?

You do not receive More Points on the following limited range of products or services: single-use carrier bags, cash back, fireworks, lottery, online games and instant tickets, tobacco, tobacco related products, prescription medicines and pharmacy services, infant milk or formula, gift vouchers, gift cards, mobile phone cards, mobile phone vouchers, e top-ups, bonus stamps, postage stamps, saver stamps, car park tickets, online delivery charges and vending machines. Morrisons reserves the right to exclude other products from earning More Points at any time at its discretion.

You can earn these in store - they're dotted around like normal promotions on available products, just look for the More Points signage. You can also earn Extra More Points from personalised offers which we'll send over to you from time to time.

Is there a minimum spend for earning More Points on products?

Nope - no matter how much or little you spend, you'll always receive More Points when you buy a product on More Points promotion.

What do I do if I think I haven't received enough More Points?

Morrisons More Points on Fuel

How do I earn Morrisons More Points on fuel?

When you go to pay for your fuel at a Morrisons petrol station, hand the cashier your Morrisons More card. If you're paying at Pay at the Pump, just follow the instructions on screen and insert your card when prompted (Key fobs and temporary cards aren't accepted at the Pay at the Pump). You'll earn 5 Morrisons More Points for every litre of fuel you buy.

When will I see the Morrisons More Points I earned from fuel on my account?

Your receipt will show the More Points you earned for your fuel purchase, but it may take up to 24 hours to be added to your account.

Can I use my Key fob to earn Morrisons More Points at Pay @ Pump stations?

No, unfortunately only your Morrisons More card can be inserted at the Pay at the Pump in our petrol stations so make sure you always bring it with you.

I forgot my Morrisons More card when I recently bought fuel. Can I still get my Morrisons More Points?

You can indeed. Just hold on to your receipt and when you're next in store, head over to the customer service desk with your Morrisons More card and they can add the More Points retrospectively.

What type of voucher will I get when I reach 5,000 More Points?

If you're using your card for in store shops you'll be able to receive your £5 More Voucher from the checkouts, self checkouts and the kiosk at our stores, as well as at our petrol stations.

Where can I claim my £5 More Voucher?

If you're using your card for in store shops, your vouchers will print at the checkout as you earn them, so you can use them on a future shop. If you'd rather save them up and get them on request, you can visit your Morrisons More online account page to change your voucher preferences, or simply call up our customer services team on 0345 611 6111.

Where can I redeem my £5 More Voucher?

If you're using your card for in store shops, you can redeem your £5 More Voucher at the checkout of any store before you pay. You cannot redeem your voucher(s) at the following: Morrisons dry cleaning, fireworks and photo processing.

If you reach 5,000 More Points during your shop, your £5 More Voucher will print out the next time you make a purchase in store.

Can my £5 More Vouchers expire?

Each voucher has an expiry date printed on it which is 56 weeks after you reached 5,000 More Points - that's just over a year, giving you plenty of time to redeem them.

Your personalised coupons also have an expiry date printed on them, though the length of time you have to redeem them varies by coupon.

Do I need my card to use my £5 More Voucher?

Yes - hand over your Morrisons More card or Key fob along with your £5 More Voucher when you'd like to redeem it.

Is there a minimum spend for redeeming my £5 More Voucher?

You can use your £5 More Voucher on shops less than £5, though unfortunately we can't give any change, so we'd recommend you use them on bigger shops.

Can I redeem my £5 More Voucher more than once?

Your £5 More Vouchers are unique so they'll only work once. They're also kept in store once you hand them over at the checkout.

Is there a maximum amount of £5 More Vouchers I can redeem at once?

Nope - you can redeem an unlimited number of £5 More Vouchers in one shop.

Can I use my £5 More Voucher on anything in store?

Vouchers cannot be used to pay for fuel, single-use carrier bags, cash back, fireworks, lottery, online games and instant tickets, tobacco, tobacco related products, prescription medicines and pharmacy services, infant milk or formula, gift vouchers, gift cards, mobile phone cards, mobile phone vouchers, e top-ups, bonus stamps, postage stamps, saver stamps, car park tickets, online delivery charges and vending machines.

Can I exchange my £5 More Voucher for cash or services?

You can only use your £5 More Vouchers for grocery shops, they can't be exchanged for cash or services.

Can I use an expired £5 More Voucher in store or online?

Unfortunately not, once a voucher has expired it can't be redeemed. Don't worry though, vouchers will only expire after 56 weeks of being claimed.

Is my £5 More Voucher affected by promotions or offers?

Your voucher affects the sum total of your shop, so once all the savings you've made through promotions and offers have been made, your voucher(s) will be deducted from the final price.

What do I do if my £5 More Voucher can't be redeemed?

Get in touch with our customer service team on 0345 611 6111 and they'll look into it for you.

How can I track my voucher and point progress?

To find out up to date information on your More Points and vouchers, just login to your account on the Morrisons More account page - your account balance is in the top right of the screen. You could also download the Morrisons More app for on-the-go access from the Apple Store or Google Play.

I opted out of marketing, will I still get my £5 More Vouchers?

Yes. You earn points every time you use your Morrisons More card in store or online. As a benefit of the More scheme, you will get a £5 More voucher for every 5,000 points you earn.

If you opt out of marketing, we will not contact you with any marketing communications, but don’t worry, you will still get your £5 More vouchers.

That said, if you have chosen to use your vouchers online you can only use them for online shops. How do I request in store vouchers?

If you've set your in store vouchers to be requested rather than automatically printed at the checkout, you can request them at any time from your Morrisons More account page. Simply log in and click 'claim your voucher' and next time you're at the checkout in store your vouchers will be printed.

If you don't have an online account, give our customer service team a call on 0345 611 6111 and they'll request them for you.

Please note that if you have more than 10 vouchers to claim, you can only claim 10 per day. To claim the rest, please return to your account page the next day and request again. Doing this means you'll still get all of your vouchers when you're next in store.

Lost and Stolen Vouchers

Can I replace a lost £5 More Voucher?

Sadly not - if you lose your £5 More Voucher it can't be replaced.

Can I used a damaged £5 More Voucher?

We'll try our best to get a damaged voucher to validate, but unfortunately we can't replace those that are beyond repair.

Coupons

Why do some coupons take 1p off of the cost of my shop?

This is nothing to worry about. Any coupons that you hand over at the checkout will deduct a penny from your transaction. Extra More Points earned from a coupon will not show up on the receipt either and can take up to 72 hours to add to your account.

Can I replace a lost More points coupon?

Sadly not, if you lose any of your coupons they can't be replaced.

Do I need my card to claim my More points coupon?

Yes - hand over your Morrisons More card or Key fob along with your in store coupon when you'd like to redeem it.

Are in store coupons affected by promotions or offers?

Your coupons affect the sum total of the applicable products after promotions are applied, so once any in store promotion deductions have been made, the value of the coupon will be applied.

Where can I use my coupons?

You can use your in store coupons at any Morrisons store (some exclusions apply).

Can I redeem my coupons more than once?

Can I replace a lost or damaged temporary card?

If you've registered your temporary card, then your permanent card and Key fobs will already be on the way, so all the More Points you've already earned are safe and sound. Just hold on to your receipts until your new card arrives so you can claim the More Points retroactively at the customer service desk in any of our stores.

Unfortunately, if you didn't register your temporary card, we have no way of reclaiming any More Points you may have earned. To get a new card, register online or fill out a paper registration form in store.

Where can I see my More Points balance?

You can check Your Balance a number of ways:

  1. Login to your Morrisons More account page. If you don't have an online account, you can create one by visiting our Morrisons More registration page.
  2. Get the FREE Morrisons More app from the Apple Store and Google Play. Sign in using your Morrisons More account details and you'll be able to check your account wherever you are.

Should I update my account with any changes in my personal details?

If you move house, change phone number or change name, you can quickly and easily update your details on the Morrisons More account page. After all, we can't send you coupons or replacement cards if we don't know where to find you!

Why isn't my postcode being recognised?

Not to worry - just give us a call on 0345 611 6111 and we'll add in your address to our database.

How do I stop receiving marketing emails?

Login to your Morrisons More account and click 'edit personal details'. If you scroll down to the bottom of that page you'll see your marketing preferences - simply uncheck the 'I would like to receive exclusive offers' box and you won't get any further email or direct mail marketing from us.

If there are specific types of marketing you'd no longer like to receive (for example you're happy with emails, but don't want to receive direct mail), give us a call on 0345 611 6111.

How do I leave Morrisons More?

We'd hate to see you go, but if you want to leave Morrisons More, simply login to your Morrisons More account page, click 'cancel/replace card' and then the 'cancel your card' link at the bottom.

Should you decide to leave, your account will be frozen and you won't be able to earn any More Points, as well as losing any More Points you earned without converting into vouchers. You'll still be able to use any of the coupons or vouchers you've already received though. If you'd like to rejoin, you'll need to re-register with Morrisons More.

Will you send me junk mail?

Don't worry - we won't share any of your details with third parties, so the only mail you'll receive from us will be those we feel are most relevant to you, such as extra point offers on your favourite products.

If you'd rather not receive any marketing, you can opt out by logging in to your Morrisons More account page then clicking on 'edit personal details' and unchecking the marketing preferences box. Alternatively, you could call our customer service team on 0345 611 6111 and they'll arrange it for you.

My partner or relative has died. How can I transfer his/her More Points and close the account?

How do I set up an online account?

If you've already signed up for Morrisons More with a paper registration form, you can easily and quickly create your online account at the Morrisons More registration page and click 'create your account'. Simply follow the instructions and your online account will be up and running in no time.

If you registered online, then your account is already set up and ready to go - all you need do is log in on the Morrisons More account page. If you've forgotten your sign in details, click 'Forgot Your Password?' on the login page and follow the instructions to get a new one.

What do I do if I forget my Morrisons More password?

Not to worry - we all forget things sometimes. Just follow the steps below and you'll be back up and running in no time:

  1. Click on the 'forgotten password' link on the Morrisons More account page. It's just under where you enter your username and password.
  2. Enter the email address you used when you registered your card.
  3. Click the 'reset password' link.
  4. You'll receive an email a few moments later. Simply follow the instructions provided and select a new password. Easy!

It could be that your internet service isn't running properly, so try out a few other sites. If they're all loading fine, it could be a system issue on our side. We'd recommend you check back later - if there's ever a problem we fix it as quickly as possible.

The Morrisons More app is available on both Apple and Android devices, and you can pick it up from the Apple Store or Google Play respectively, absolutely free.
