The T&Cs
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. You will be legally bound by them from the time you submit your entry.
The promoter is Wm Morrison Supermarket plc (0358949) with its registered office at Hilmore House, Gain Lane, Bradford, BD3 7DL (the "Promoter" or “Morrisons”)).
The Prize Draw is open between 00:01am 12th July – until 23:59pm on 18th July 2021.
Entrants to this prize draw must be residents of the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and must be aged 18 years or over.
Employees and officers of Wm Morrison Supermarket plc, Jet2holidays holiday Limited, Jet2.com Jet2 plc or any companies within the same group or any organisation professionally involved with the prize draw (or in each case, their close relatives) are not eligible to enter.
An entrant may only be entered into the prize draw once. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Proof of sending an entry shall not constitute proof of receipt. The Promoter shall not be liable for any entries that are incomplete, delayed, lost, misdirected, late, damaged or illegible or not included in the judging panel for any technical reasons.
Prize draws may feature in other promotional material.
By entering the prize draw, you agree to participate in any reasonable promotional activity, including photographs and audio and/or visual recordings, if you are selected as a winner.
How to enter:
Entry to the competition is possible via the following social media channels:
Facebook or Instagram: you must follow @morrisons and @jet2pics, like this post and comment with the hash tag #HolidayWIN
Closing date for receipt of all entries is 23:59 on 18 July 2021 unless otherwise specified and winners will be pulled within 7 days of the closing date.
The winner will be selected at random and will be notified via direct message on Facebook or Instagram. In order to receive the prize, by entering the competition the winners give consent for their name and email address to be provided to Jet2holidays Limited.
The winner will be notified within 7 working days of the closing date via Private Message on Facebook or Instagram. In the event of the claim for a prize not being received by the Promoter within 14 working days of such notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Prizes are awarded at the Promoter's discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
The Prize:
There will be one prize winner who will win:
a 7 night holiday for up to 2 adults and 2 children (up to 11 years) in a Garden View room on an All Inclusive basis at the Princess Sun Hotel, Rhodes. This prize includes return flights for up to 4 people from any UK airport from which Jet2.com operate to Rhodes, overseas transfers to and from the airport and the hotel AND 1 free item of checked baggage of up to 22kg per person.
This prize must be booked by 31st August 2021 and taken between one of the following date bands including all return travel:
1/08/2021 - 15/08/2021 or 02/09/2021 - 21/10/2021 or 01/05/2022- 27/05/2022 or 06/06/2022 - 21/07/2022 or 01/08/2022 - 15/08/2022 or 05/09/2022 - 21/10/2022
Transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. No optional flight/board/accommodation supplements are included in the prize and these must be paid for by the winner at the time of booking for all the travelling party. Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance.
If a prize is not booked by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited and Morrisons reserves the right to award a prize to another randomly selected entry.
Winner(s) accept prizes at their own risk.
The prize is subject to these terms and conditions and the Jet2holidays' and Jet2.com's terms and conditions (together the "Terms and Conditions") which can be found at http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and http://www.jet2.com/terms respectively. The holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions, and these prize draw terms and conditions, these prize draw terms and conditions will take precedence. Please note, prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight.
Jet2holidays reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute any prize with alternative dates/ property or destinations at any time, to the equivalent prize value.
Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reasons without prior notice. Please note that the Jet2.com flight schedules are not guaranteed.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, The Promoter reserves the right to replace the entire prize or with a prize of equal or greater value. Such prize shall be provided by Jet2holidays Limited.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The prize may only be taken by the competition winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details. Flights must be taken at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended.
Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the standard Jet2holidays or Jet2.com terms and conditions. The prize duration may not be extended and the hotel may not be changed by the winner. Any additional passengers booked will be charged at normal rates for flights and accommodation.
All passengers must have a valid passport to travel, and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including heath or medical requirements.
General:
By entering the prize draw, all entrants acknowledge that their personal data will be used for the purposes of the administration of the Prize Draw and award the prize. Entrants also acknowledge that when a third party asks for confirmation of a winner of a competition a Promoter is required to provide the name of that winner and the county that he or she lives in. Details will be used in accordance with UK data protection legislation, Morrisons’ Privacy Policy and the Jet2holidays privacy policy (see https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacy-policy), where applicable.
Where Jet2holidays makes any changes to the holiday or dates of travel, no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Jet2holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or the prizes, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever, except for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence, arising out of the administration of prize draws, or out of the winner’s or any third parties enjoyment of the prizes.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
