A sweet side dish

Serve half a pepper on the side of your favourite meal, or simply serve two halves with a little salad to make a complete dish, these Stuffed Peppers with Bulgur Wheat and Vegetable Medley are a delicious autumnal dish. They only take 40 minutes too, so are a great choice for a slightly more special weeknight meal.

To finish off

The only way to finish off an autumnal meal - try this delicious Super Crunchy Apple Crumble with custard. To make this dish slightly healthier, you could experiment by reducing the amount of sugar in the crumble, adding oats to the crumble mix, or simply adding in more of your favourite fruits, such as blueberries or raspberries.
