Hot cross buns make a delicious straight-out-of-the-pack snack, or a great light bite when they’re sliced, toasted and buttered. If you want to mix things up though, here are two recipes we think you (and the kids) will want to keep using long after the Easter holidays have finished. 

Bun Pudding

Just take six hot cross buns (try extra fruity ones or even sticky toffee buns for a real treat), drizzle over our cinnamon mixture and bake. It's so easy... and sooo tasty.
